Hand Crafted Artisanal Rough Cut Sourdough Pasta, made with Quail Eggs
Handmade in small batches, using my home grown sourdough starter and home raised quail eggs for a binder. The silky smooth texture of the noodles add not only a great base for your favorite sauce, toppings, or as a stand alone dish.
Handmade noodles are more flavorful and much easier to prepare than mass produced dried products. Bring water to boil, then drop in the dried noodles, boil for 3-6 minutes. Drain and serve.
Made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. These are meant to be eaten and not stored.
Sourdough is said to break down the grains into an easier to digest form. The quail eggs are more densely packed with vitamins and minerals, the color of the yolk lends a warmth to the noodles, and makes a great binder for a smoother consistency.
